During the consultation, we establish your brief, aspirations, scope of work, and budget—key factors that guide our process and set the foundation for our collaboration. We then prepare and present space planning options, initial interior concepts, and mood boards. The objective of this step is to develop a conceptual design direction that addresses both the aesthetic and functional requirements of your future home or shop.
Once the conceptual stage is approved, we engage in a meticulous process where the initial ideas are refined into a distinctive design language. We provide comprehensive design services tailored to your specific needs. During this phase, all design drawings are meticulously created and finalised, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations such as the Building Code of Australia (BCA), Australian Standards (AS), Food Codes, and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
In the subsequent stage, we submit the finalised design documentation to a private certifier/council for approval. This step is typically mandatory to secure the necessary authorisation before commencing the fit-out process.
The final stage of our process involves bringing the vision to life. We collaborate with shop fitters/builders (our most skilled and experienced or choices of yours) to transform the conceptual designs into a fully realised space.
